While I was working in Radio Sales, I made the decision that it was time to become a Real Estate Agent. My radio territory had been Seattle,Bellevue, Tacoma and Everett. I had lived in Seattle, Mercer Island and Bellevue the previous 20 years so it was a natural transition.

    My history includes:
  • Real Estate (R) for Coldwell Banker Bain , Realty Executives Professionals & Realty Executives Brio.
  • Radio Advertising Marketing.
  • Radio and Television Voice Over Talent.
  • Work in the family business as a sales member of my parent's store, Myers Music, from the time I was ten years old.
My Goals have always been making my client's experience as smooth as possible,while still getting the job done. Negotiation is with a win-win scenario in mind. A happy Buyer and a happy Seller makes the entire process easier.
Part of Goal was reaching "excellence" by attending classes to proudly add CRS, GRI, SRES & MCNE, At Home With Diversity to my creditials.

Keeping it easy -
My penchant for keeping things "easy" for the Buyers and Sellers is probably why so many of my clients are either over 50 or Under 30. These are the people who need extra attention during the Real Estate process.

Living the experience -
I live in a Condo (after swearing I never would) and that means it's easy for me to know the best features to promote when I'm Listing or Selling condominiums.
